Architecture is the knowledge in order to shape the physical structural appearance and tell other people the background of a city or even a population of a community. It is a very powerful tool as it not only tells a story of a place but also reflects the design intention where a particular space have. Malaysia, an all time summer country located at South-East Asia which formed by numerous ethnics with their own religion and culture, creating a multi-races and cultural country (Langoor, 2013). People around the world not only being fascinated by its culture and food, but also addicted by the colonization architecture, dating back to early 1940's.

The preserved colonization building, are a good reflective example of the combination between design intention and local climate and culture. The evolving of colonization architecture in Malaysia had resulted a rich content of design intention and style from other country. These series of blogs are narrow down into pre and post colonization period, as these two period consists of rich historical architecture record, which can be study by researcher.
